ABOUT THIS PROGRAM

Welcome to the Leadership Enhancement & Acumen Program (LEAP) page!

This program has been developed for those in Senior Associate and Manager roles in order to foster personal and professional growth. It will offer a range of activities and resources, including self-study modules, guest speaker presentations, and interactive workshop sessions.

What are the goals?

• Expand skills and knowledge to equip you to more effectively serve as strong colleagues and team members

• Develop and hone core capabilities to expand your leadership and client-management skills

• Increase your agility to grow into new roles or new areas of TKG business

What is the criteria to participate?

• Demonstrate consistent performance internally and externally

• Display the core values of TKG

• Hold a Sr Associate – Manager title

What is the commitment?

• Participation in the entire program over the next 12 to 18 months

• 10 – 15 hours of self-study

• 15 – 20 hours of seminar participation and presentations

• 10 hours of prep work

• Full session participation is preferred and client work will have to be managed accordingly
