About This Program

Our intent with the TKG Leadership Program is to elevate and enhance the already high quality of leadership you display on a daily basis. The program will offer a range of activities and resources, including self-study modules, guest speaker presentations, and interactive workshop sessions.

What are the goals?

• Expand skills and knowledge to equip you to more effectively serve as client leaders who manage strategic and business relationships

• Broaden your leadership skills, enabling you to better identify opportunities and make significant contributions

• Increase your agility to cross over into other areas of the TKG business

What is the criteria to participate?

• Demonstrate consistent leadership internally and externally

• Display the core values of TKG

• Hold a Sr Manager – Sr Director title

• Serve or have served as a primary client contact

What is the commitment?

• Participation in the entire program over the next 12 to18 months

• 10 – 15 hours of self-study

• 20 hours of seminar participation and presentations

• 10 hours of mentorship/prep work

• Live participation is preferred and client work will have to be managed accordingly
