The Essence of Leadership Paradigms: ​Exploring One’s Individual ​Needs ​Amid Volatility and Ambiguity

On April 26th, 2022 the TKG Senior Manager Leadership Program held a session to dive into The Essence of Leadership Paradigms: ​Exploring one’s individual ​needs ​amid volatility and ambiguity.

During the 90 minutes, we explored what you need to create a firm foundation amid volatility and ambiguity by having time for self-reflection, and small and large group discussions.

In preparation for the session, we completed the following:
a. Consider the question: What do you need to maintain or re-establish a sense of stability amid volatility and ambiguity?
