Kick-Off Meeting
For your first assignment, please follow the directions below:
Locate the following podcast, Dear HBR, here. This is an advice-based show addressing issues in the workplace. Moderators share their perspectives on situations submitted by ‘letter writers’.
Download/stream the following episodes. There are multiple scenarios discussed in each episode.
Episode 22: Dysfunctional Teams (Focus on letter writer #3, around the 19-minute mark.)
Episode 34: Leading Small Teams (Focus on letter writer #3, around the 20-minute mark.)
We will visit some of the other episodes in later assignments
